If you attend our classes or one to one session, treatment session with Nolan or Jade then we will collect data from you on a Paper Health Form.

This is data that is necessary so that we know any Health Issues that could affect your ability in class, and enables us to keep you safe. It is also needed to validate our insurance.

All Health Forms are stored in a private folder in a locked office and is only accessed by Nolan or Jade. We will not use this data in any way other than to ensure we are looking after your physical wellbeing.

Should we ever need to employ a cover instructor then Health Forms may be shown to other Teachers who teach your classes, but they do not keep hold of a copy and will not able to store or use the data for any purpose other than to give appropriate instruction in classes.

As well as our Health Form, we hold your email address on our email system. This is password protected, as well as our phones. Our PC’s are software protected and compliant with GDPR policies.

Your contact details are not shared with anyone else and we do not share email lists or sell our data or make available to anyone outside of our organisation.

We ask you for consent to be contacted by ourselves by personal email, text, phone, Facebook chat or WhatsApp in order that we may communicate messages about classes / studio logistics.

Any personal emails from us will be via our business email, which is password protected and used only by Nolan and Jade.

You have the right to opt out of any communications at any time and we will remove you from the system.

If you decide to stop classes / sessions with us, we will pause you on our payment system and email list, but keep your details in case you decide to return to us. We will retain this data for 1 year.

If you would like us to erase your data at any time you have that right.
