We're all over Nottingham, so wherever you are, we are ready to boost your fitness.
We run regular Pilates Classes in Long Eaton, West Bridgford, Ruddington and Breedon-On-Hill. We also offer private one to one sessions at our Long Eaton base, get in touch for more information or to book.
Please note that classes are not available on a drop in basis. They must be booked in advance and paid for in 6 week blocks. Class sizes are limited to 12 persons for beginners.
In addition to our regular Classes, we also create and run specialised workshops throughout the year. Falling on Saturdays, these half or full day workshops focus on specific treatments & techniques. They offer amazing benefits and have limited availability. Be sure to check our Facebook Page and Blog often for more information on upcoming workshops, as they fill up fast!

One to One Pilates


Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique for a challenging and intense workout. Springs, leverage and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups. Workouts consist of controlled, flowing movements working your muscles through a full range of motion. The reformer adds increased resistance to the movement. Pilates reformer work is great for rehabilitation, increased muscular endurance, core balance and strength, better flexibility and weight loss
